Signing off from Hardball tonight, Chris Matthews said that we are watching a "strange" election unfold. Voters will be choosing between President Obama, "one fella we know," and on the other side..."good question."
Romney is a chameleon, Matthews said. Once a Massachusetts moderate, Romney has now gone hard right. On the personal side, the candidate says "strange things" and has an "odd manner." He evades questions about how he made his millions.
The Romney campaign is simply hoping the economy tanks and that their man is "the guy we end up with when nothing else is around," Matthews said. "Sorta like going to Denny's."

Romney is a chameleon. Even though I've seen an article or two where his campaign managers tried to use his vast wealth as an example of how he'd be a great financial manager-in-chief as president, they don't seem keen on discussing how much of that was simply inherited wealth or how much of that was earned by holding a career where his job was to screw people over.
I chose not to vote in the previous election, but I might feel compelled to vote this time, and it won't be for Romney. I'm a registered Independent, and I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but Romney is the epitome of a dishonest, uncaring politician.
