Believe it or not, there are still some people left who believe that Obama might not have been born in the United States. And two of the most famous "birthers"—Donald Trump and Arizona's Sheriff Joe Arpaio—are celebrating their birthdays today. The two birthday boys are turning 80 and 66, respectively.
Compiling the coincidences, today is also the day that Hawaii officially became a United States territory. Why is that a coincidence? Because Hawaii is where President Obama was really born—not Kenya, which is the most popular birther theory.
Happy birthday to Donald and Joe, and good luck to the intrepid sheriff on his investigation into the president's origins!

Funny how a man can be labelled on his birth certificate an "African American" about 5 years BEFORE the term is ever heard of, or that he be born in a hospital which is NAMED on his birth certificate about 7 years after that! He either had a time machine involved.... Or... he is a fraud!
African American does not appear on the President's birth certificate. The word "AFRICAN" designates the race of his father. You seem very confused.

The Hawaii Department of Health records show that Barack Obama was adopted, and his birth certificate reflects that his name is Barry Soetoro, son of Lolo Soetoro. Obama neglected to reclaim his American citizenship after becoming an Indonesian citizen, and he neglected to legally change his name back to Barack Obama. This is what Obama's records will show and that is why he can not show them.
The Hawaii Department of Health has only acknowledged that Obama was born in Hawaii. They have also acknowledged that they have a record reflecting that his name WAS Barack Obama. His original record would be in the hands of the Hawaii Department of Health. Technically, it is possible for them to claim a verification of the information released by the White House. However, if they were to issue a certified copy of Obama authentic birth certificate, it would not reflect that information. It would be the official legal certified copy reflecting his name as Barry Soetoro. This is why only a certified copy issued by the Hawaii Department of Health should be demanded by this judge in these procedings. The object here is to present enough prima facie evidence to allow Judge Terry Lewis to call for Obama certified Hawaiian birth certificate. Usually, it takes very little judicial notice for a judge in normal probate hearings to ask for further documentary evidence when questions of fraud or misconduct are presented. But this case is anything but normal.
Secondly, Mr. Klayman is doing what has only proven to be a blind alley in the past and probably insufficient to address the prevailing legal theory that a Wong 'US citizen at birth' is now an Ankeny 'Article II natural born Citizen.' The problem here is Klaymen will be using Minor to represent what he believes is a natural born Citizen. Unfortunately, the observation made in Minor is only a subset of de Vattel's "natural law" observation that a natural born citizen is a citizen born under the cloak of allegiance of the father. This is de Vattel's Natural Right of Inheritance. It is natural law. It is a self-evident truth. It is a natural fact and, as such, must be recognized by the Lewis Court as fact. The dicta of Minor on the otherhand can be ignored, and probably will be, by Lewis because Minor isn't natual law.
