An aggressive Vice President Joe Biden went after Rep. Paul Ryan on the economy, taxes, foreign policy and more throughout their 90-minute debate in Danville, Ky., on Thursday night.
Frequently scoffing and smiling at Ryan's claims, Biden several times explicitly cast doubt on the GOPer's veracity and command of the facts.
Unprovoked, Biden brought up Mitt Romney's devastating 47% remarks, in which the White House hopeful dismissed nearly half of the electorate as government moochers—and which President Obama failed to mention in his own debate last week.
"It shouldn't be surprising for a guy who says 47% of the American people are unwilling to take responsibility of their own lives," said Biden. "My friend [Paul Ryan] recently said in a speech in Washington said 30% of the American people are takers. These people are my mom and dad, the people I grew up with, my neighbors. They pay more effective tax than Gov. Romney pays in his federal income tax. They are elderly people who in fact are living off of Social Security. They are veterans who are fighting in Afghanistan right now who are not quote, not paying taxes."
WATCH THE CLIP ABOVE OF BIDEN'S 47% ATTACK
That testified to a combative approach throughout from the vice president, who, in a likely successful effort to re-enthuse Democrats after Obama's limp performance last week, repeatedly sought to challenge Ryan on everything from social programs to jobs to national security.
Of course, Ryan got a zinger of his own in when he referred to the interruption-laden debate.
"I know you're under a lot of duress to make up for lost ground, but I think people would be better served if we don't interrupt each other," Ryan said, referring to President Obama's poor debate performance last week.
The high-stakes faceoff kicked off with a discussion of the deadly attacks at the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, with Ryan criticizing Obama's initial unwillingness to call the violence terrorism.
Biden promised to pursue the attackers, and vowed that any mistakes in the original assessment of the attack would "not be made again." He also ripped Ryan for not laying out a clear plan on foreign policy.
At one point, Biden declared that Ryan was full of "malarkey" after the Republican accused the president of advocating "devastating defense cuts."
The two also traded blows on Iran, with Ryan insisting the U.S. was failing to stop Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon. Biden countered by insisting that his team has implemented the "most crippling sanctions in the history of sanctions."
The debate got personal —and serious—when moderator Martha Raddatz of ABC News asked the two candidates how their Catholic faith has played into their personal views on abortion.
Biden said his religion teaches him that life begins at conception, but would not impose his beliefs on all Americans. "I do not believe we have the right to tell people, women, they can't control their body," the former Delaware senator said.
Ryan said he is against abortion, but would include exceptions in cases of incest, rape or when the life of the mother is at risk.
One of the night's most memorable lines came during a discussion of tax policy. Ryan insisted that Mitt Romney could make good on his promises to lower tax rates without increasing the deficit.
"Not mathematically possible," Biden quipped. "It is mathematically possible," Ryan insisted. "Jack Kennedy lowered taxes and raised revenue."
Biden shot back, "Oh, now you're Jack Kennedy?" That evoked memories of the famous moment in the 1988 vice presidential debate in which Lloyd Bentsen schooled Dan Quayle. After Quayle brought up JFK, Bentsen replied: "Senator, I served with Jack Kennedy, I knew Jack Kennedy, Jack Kennedy was a friend of mine. Senator, you're no Jack Kennedy."

Way to go Joe!
Maybe Dems should be waving flip flips around, signifying Etch a Sketch Romney and Ryan, the way repubs did in 2004.
Now -
You have a big audience, so maybe you can get somebody on the Obama prep team to instruct him to look INTO the camera instead of at the moderator when he's making points - especially the closing statements. The moderator is a fixture. It's the millions watching the TV who he needs to convince, and it's a big psychological connection when he draws the viewer in by seeming to be looking right into our eyes. It appears that he is talking directly to US and makes him more believable, and many don’t get it when he’s looking at the moderator – they think he’s just reading something. Biden and Obama both messed up when they looked at the moderator instead of the TV audience. Romney and Ryan did this part well, making them more believable, even while lying through their teeth.
It's very important!
Tacically the only things both Dems know about debating is just say what you want, for how are they going to find out the truth. Be assured that Ryan nor Romney need to look over their shoulders, contrary to the two Demogogues.
Halloween came a little earily for Paul Ryan, in last nights debate. Paul Ryan recieved the intellectual ass whipping of a life time. So much so, he teared up and appeared as if he wanted to cry. This debate / intellectual clinic was a result of the mastery of issues by not you're average, Joe Biden. Ryan is not as smart as one would have thought. Ryan is rather dumb, shallow and a tab bit stupid. His style is one of salesmenship rather than factual statements. This is to include programs, cost, savings, how and where the money would come from to pay for them. His vision and numbers are all abstract figures, with the plan to convince the public to trust him and it all will work out. This is a fly by the seat of you're pants approach, rather than great governmental policies. This kid could not lead me to and out house, less more considering him for a job at the whitehouse.
Rod me thinks your intellectual quotient has been Halloweened too much.
All the folks in this post who said that Biden won are all hard core liberals. First of all Joe came out swinging to try and deflect the obama record. Secondly he tried so hard to be aggressive that he turned off literally all of the independents and moderate democrats (especially the women as all polls are showing now!). What he proved to be was an arrogant clown who kept interrupting his opponent. What a sideshow.
Please site your source. There is not a single legitimate poll showing women supporting the republican ticket. When did it become rude to interupt some one lying?
Joe Biden showed last night that Vice-President choices matter.
If over the next four years (for example) for some reason our President becomes incapacitated or deceased and an unforeseen transistion is required, who would be more able to step in and maintain the security of the Nation.
When a VP is asked to step in as acting President, like GHW Bush did for Reagan, his first and foremost qualification should be foreign policy and national security expertise because it is at that moment, our nation is most vulnerable. It is an absolute necessity for the VP to know who is most likely to take advantage of the opportunities made available during such a time of chaos.
In these two cases, it is undenibale that VP Biden is ready at a moment's notice to step in and take over the national security issues,..... Paul Ryan, not so much. It was only 18 months ago that Paul Ryan was making magazine covers proudly labeling himself as a "Young Gun". Now he wants us to believe he's morphed into Vice Presidental material in just over the last year and a half.
I've heard all the morning chatter from the righties about how VP Biden was mean and rude to the young Congressman, but I would point out that those feelings come with losing and needing an excuse. Everybody knew Joe Biden was coming after Congressman Ryan. Righties said he couldn't do it.
How do we know who won? Both partys are talking about Joe Biden this morning. Any mention of Paul Ryan is done so in a consulting tone, or "pity" if you will.
Paul Ryan is playing in the big leagues now, and that's a lot more demanding than being a hedge fund bill writing Congressman for hire in some plush office in DC.
The difference in these two men was on display last night. People who feel freaked out by Smokin' Joe's confidence should pause for a moment and ask themselves this question,...
"If we were to find ourselves in a state of transition from VP to President, who would the terrorists around the world feel more insecure about dealing with, our current no BS straight forward speaking Vice-President ..... or the cute guy who you feel sorry for this morning?"
Team America won the debate last night
Yes, the choices do matter. The most realistic man to take over, should #1 be out of action, is Paul Ryan. Blustering Joe is like an ill wind that has left things strewn all around it. Where do you go Joe and how do you really get there? We could give you guys another four years, but you'd just double the misery you've already brought us.
The guy Biden that refused to vote for appropriations for the prosecution of the ongoing Afghanistan and Iraq Wars, and called instead for an early withdrawal of troops and a division of Iraq into three weak separate nation states during the Bush Administration? This fool Biden that gets on national TV and giggles and sneers his way through discussions on the killings of an Ambassador and three other Americans on the anniversary of 9/11? This abject liar on the issues confronting us by Iran's ongoing drive for a Nuclear Weapon, and lies about the Administration in which he is a key player not being aware of requests for more security at our embassy and consulate in Libya and lied again about the intelligence we had within 24 hours of that attack by terrorists on out consulate on 9/11/12 as being the cover-up for incompetence spin-job of "a spontaneous popular demonstration that got out of hand"...this is the man you want next in the White House? Please! Leave that kind of momentous decisions to the adults amongst us, toasale!
Whoa...back up jack! Please, remove the blinders so that you can see Biden's performance from the eyes of a Proud American. One that will not accept a free phone or financial assistance. One that does worry about the Country's future. One that has children that are negatively affected because of their policies.
As you say, yes, both parties are talking about Joe Biden's actions; MOST ARE DISGUSTED WITH HIM TO THE POINT OF LAUGHING!
If you really feel he is ready for a transition into a Presidential position, then here is an example to expect from him if asked for help: Mr. President, "What should I do when I can't feed my children? (his response) "more blablabla" with a smile.
All hope is not lost for Mr. Biden though... He will always have job posing as the teeth in the dog commercials.
Only way Up this election is Romney/Ryan
Start waving Buh Bye Joseph, you'll soon be sent back home. Blustering Biden, what a handle!
Well, about six months ago, I started using the term "cemetery whistling" here...
Problem is, a bunch of the Talking Oinks® crowd stole it... They even started using it when poll numbers were cited (including that PEW poll that rolled over and started counting more Republicans and conservatives for some unfathomable reason).
Well, here's another you can steal: Come November 7th, you right wingnuts are going to be hollering for a recount...
Pew Research counts likely voters, fool!
As to "whistling past the graveyard" your claim that you "coined that phrase" that you have made many times is ludicrous...it's been in the popular domain for years and years and years! Longer than MSNBC has existed, that's for sure.
We don't have to wait until Nov 6th election day...the polls coming out this week and next week will do nicely to drive you Obama/Biden lovers deeper into the unenthusiastic doldrums that the liberal media believes the Democrat Party registered voters are rising from due to that buffoonish performance by a rude and obnoxious Joe Biden who seemed to have no idea how much his antics were turning off undecided voters last night, especially women voters. When Biden spent his time on the split screen alternating between giggling and snearing and scowling inappropriately during discussions on the lack of security preparedness, the killings of our Ambassador and three colleagues by heavily armed Al Qaeda-linked terrorists on the anniversary of 9/11, and the growing threat of an Iran on a steady drive for obtaining nuclear weapons within the next 6 mos to a year, the voters are well aware of how shallow Biden's rhetoric and protestations of "we've got it covered" really are. Biden's mission was to try to rally the Democrat Party base, and Ryan's was to speak to the undecided voters. Let's see how that plays out on the next round of polls. I know how it all worked against Biden on the CNN poll of registered likely voters who had actually watched the debate, Cab Driver. And it was Ryan winning the debate, and Romney/Ryan gaining with undecided voters last night!
No matter how many times you say Ryan won the debate, under the present agreed rules Biden won hands down. Tell me this. How can Ryan call the stimulus bad when he requested funds for his state? Everyone I talk to is better of now than when Bush was president. If you look at Romney's record in Mass, he used the same tactics to get into office. 1. Get your nomination by appealing to the conservatives. 2. Run to the middle. Romney is a moderate at best. He did create Romney care.
Joe was just fine, his job was to remind the people of the issues that
where lost.He did just that, we American have this phenomenally short memory.
The 47% fact was reintroduced and the auto salvation, housing bail out , wall
street debacle these things and many other issues where all part of the need
to bring the people back to that "Oh Yeah!! " moment they lost over the course
of a week or two. This will be done again and again till November 6 and needs
to be done. We just can't focus in fact shinny things on the way to the polls
will probably cost the Democrats some votes on Election day
Romney and Ryan are going to win in a land slide. No matter what the crazies on the left say here on this blog. Country is going into the tank and will the independents and moderate dems will come to their senses. Looking forward to jumping back on here on the 7th!
Nice dream...good luck with that...lol
The Republicans seem to be complaining a lot today about Joe smiling too much... you would think he had bad teeth or something.
oh and by the way....CNBC Poll now leaning towards Ryan as winning the debate!
Who do you think won the vice presidential debate?
Paul Ryan
48%
Joe Biden
46%
Neither
5%
Total Votes: 188176
And we all know how far Right CNBC leans:):)
Would that perhaps be the CNBC web survey?
You do understand a web survey is not a poll - don't you?
Cn you explain to us why its not a poll, Adam, or are you just a stikler for nomenlature?
Not a Scientific Survey
try again
"a. a canvassing of a representative sample of a large group of people on some question in order to determine the general opinion of the group"
So a Web survey on MSNBC will get a disproportionate number of Democrats, while a Web survey on FOX will get a disproportionate number of Republicans. Neither will give a representative sample.
It does tell you something about the viewing audience of the network - probably helps them sell advertising.
And a representative survey of viewers on CNBC will give you a disproporinate number of people with the best knowledge of the business and finance sectors and our nations economy? Seems fair to say I agree...and hence the finding Ryan won the debate!
Certainly should give you a disproportionate number of people who would be able to make far more money for themselves under a total Republican administration.
Still I guess only 47% of those with the best knowledge of business and finance think that Ryan won - the other 47% think it was Biden with 6% saying neither won.

The Change in Tone and Civility…
(azcentral.com, McCain, 2/17/2012) “U.S. Sen. John McCain is one Arizona Republican who is not excited about Wednesday's GOP presidential debate in Mesa.
A downbeat McCain told The Arizona Republic last week that he believes that the preponderance of debates over the past year or so -- there have been 25 since May -- and the increasingly negative tenor of the forums could result in the Republicans nominating a damaged candidate to take on President Barack Obama this year.
"They've turned from a candidate's ability to describe their position on the issues to mud-wrestling," McCain said. "Unfortunately, it has driven up the unfavorables of the candidates. So I think we've had enough debates, and every day that it goes on, the more advantage it gives to President Obama."
Even back during the Republican debates, the GOP had a problem with “NEGATIVITY”. President Obama’s first debate demonstrated to the Democrats how ill prepared they were for politics in the 21st Century. With the likes of Hannity, Limbaugh, O’Reilly, Coulter, Savage, the Teavanglicals and the Fox Noise Team, Republicans have become increasingly angry and negative. Somewhere down the line the “TRUTH” also took a battering as the GOP strategy became to win at all cost, LIE if you have too.
In last nights debate Vice President Joe Biden gave the Republicans a dose of their own medicine. Joe Biden’s infamous smile was as effective as Mitt Romney’s Cheshire Cat grin in his debate with President Obama. With Ryan playing the “Professional” Congressman, he didn’t have a chance. Although America says it longs for “Civility” what we really want is “SPECTICAL” for entertainment, revenge and ratings.
No my friends “Democrats” are not above this sort of thing, and that’s good. Last night Joe Biden’s PERFORMANCE gave America hope that the Democratic Party had the BALLS to win. That we were not neutered by our own politeness and civility; that we could still defend our beliefs and fight for the American Middle Class without apology.
Lamenting days past is useless. The only way to fight FIRE is with FIRE and last night Joe Biden created that fire-line and let loose the dogs of hell. He changed the game for the Democrats, who have been afraid to fight, afraid to say Mitt Romney is a LIAR….afraid to interrupt or to take back the floor when interrupted, to be aggressive and assertive while defending their positions. But that is the world we live in now, it doesn’t’ really matter whether it is unfortunate or not…it is what it is and it has been changing for quite sometime….The Republicans were counting on a another election season where the Democrats would not catch on…they were counting on them staying neutered, polite and passive.
The first Presidential Debate seemed to have awakened the sleeping giant, one can hope. The issues are too big and too important to the American Middle Class and the poor among us to wring our hands about being POLITE….We must fight tooth and nail for what we believe, because the other side is doing the same…
The GOP stopped being “COLLEGIAL” with each other long ago, why would the Democrats think they were still going to extend that courtesy to you?
So my fellow Democrats, Progressives and Independents….it is time to stand up for ourselves and what we believe in and not hide behind the veil of “likability”, we can be civil, but assertive and show America that we do have the CAJONES to lead…we must show them our CAJONES are HUGE and made of STEEL!!! JOE BIDEN was surely PROUD TO SHOW HIS and they were COLOSSAL LOL Good job JOE!
Great commentary.
I found it interesting that the Romney staff negotiated that Martha Raddatz NOT call Paul Ryan "Congressman". Only after the debate did it occur to me why they would make this request.
Since the 112th Congress currently has only single digit approval ratings, and Paul Ryan is indeed a ranking House member, it would have cast a negative shadow on the "Young Gun" to be labeled as such, what he is, a Congressional leader for the Republican Party.
In other words, Paul Ryan is simply running away from his job performance and his affiliations in Congress.
I find that very revealing in and of itself.
Paul Ryan said that he did not see how one could distinguish one's professional and private lives - and hence carries his religious views on abortion into his politics.
I have one question: Given that Mr. Ryan's Catholic teachings prohibit abortion in ALL circumstances, why has he now adopted the Mormon view on abortion allowing exceptions for rape, incest and health of the mother? Is Ryan secretly converting to Mormonism - or does he only make exceptions to his personal/public integrity when it suits his political agenda?
Yahoo Tom
Let me say it again. What independents and moderate dems (especially with women) you had leaning your way just went to the Romney/Ryan team after Biden's Drunken Stupor rant. If Romney did that you and your media would have cried foul in a big way. Unfortunately you and your team have had 4 years and have made things worse. Just the facts. It's time for someone else to come in and save this country. My prediction...Romney/Ryan win in a LAND SLIDE.
Oh by the way CNBC polls now show Ryan increasing his lead:

You do understand a web survey is not a poll - don't you?
Furia you are either a complete moron, a millionaire, or someone planted by the Romney campaign to say these kinds of things. If I had to guess I would say that you are a total moron just like all the other misinformed naive morons out there who support Romney. My first response to feel sorry for you misinformed naive morons out there. But since you all can't accept logic, then I have to resort to calling you as you are...Moron!!!!
But the polls are showing that there are more of us Romney supporters than you Obama lovers now, that's for sure. Just look at the ratings that Fox News gets, which far, far, exceeds MSNBC, moron!
LMFAO....Fox news huh? News??? Keith your just another one of those idiots. Kinda like that lady on Hardball the day of the VP debate when she said the president was a communist. I suppose you think he doesn't think like us either you racist idiot moron lol
Typical MSNBC viewer, all insults, no knowledge!
Martha Raddatz’s last question: How, not What
Vice President Joe Biden’s failure in the last question, is indicative of how the Obama/Biden ticket is stumbling.
The final question was framed in response an armed forces serviceman’s to drop the negative advertisements. Each candidate was asked how this might request might be honored moving forward.
In his response, Congressman Paul Ryan began to spout a listing of Obama/Biden failures.
I could not believe the irony in Ryan’s response as rather than addressing the nations need for our “politics” to become civil, he attacked the Administrations policies as failures.
Biden had the opportunity to expose Ryan, but rather than simply drawing attention the to irony of Ryan’s “answer”, and the insensitivity of Ryan to the question, Biden began to answer the questions raised by Ryan and attack his positions.
Paul Ryan made what could have been a dramatic mistake. Joe Biden could have said something like … I thank Martha Raddatz for placing this question at the very end of this debate as it is at the very core underlining the dilemma that has soured our political process. The choice of the serviceman’s plea for civility is a astute reflection of how our nation feels about the vitriol that has consumed our political conversations, and that have led to a stagnation within our legislative and executive branches of government. I find Congressman Ryan’s response was a clear indictment of the position of not listening to the nation, and to continue to pursue tactics of diversions and deception to move forward and agenda of WHAT the party wants for the nation, rather HOW the nation wants the parties to conduct themselves. President Obama and I would join in this effort to move the “what” forward by engaging in a reasoned dialogue centering on “how” we can accomplish what the people want and deserve.
Hey fool! Get a clue! It is the duty of the challenger to challenge the incumbent Administration on its record, and find fault where fault exists. And then cite how if elected, the new Administration would work to correct the situations. To try to equate the gutter tactics the Obama/Biden campaign stooped too all Spring and Summer attacking the character and success full business and government service records of Mitt Romney, and have now in desperation rejoined with their trying to re-litigate the previously failed Romney is a liar and "War on Women" nonsense that cost Obama dearly in his early likability factor, shows how this Democrat failed Administration is on the downhill slide going into Nov 6th. And the rude and obnoxious and buffoonish performance Biden put on last night night appeal to the hardest of the leftwingnuts, but it did nothing to help them with the remaining undecided and Independent voters and those who have to date only been counted as leaning to either ticket!
I find Mike Huckabee’s use of the phrase “obnoxious drunk” in his characterization of our Vice-President’s debate demeanor, during which Joe Biden proudly referenced his ancestry, brutally racist and blatantly anti-Irish.

Maybe you would have preferred loud mouthed lout, Peter?
Watching all of the pundits and coverage today even on MSNBC I am appalled that they are being so easy on Paul Ryan's performance last night.
I feel that he demonstrated that he is in no way ready to be one step away from the presidency and he was a disaster on foreign policy.
Seriously people... all anyone seems to want to talk about is whether Biden was 'feisty' or 'rude'...
well there is some kind of double standard going on here as far as I am concerned. Romney smiled, smirked, interrupted etc. and everyone said hey 'he won'... Biden did an excellent job but instead of giving him the 'win' the pundits all want to pretend that 'he' was less than stellar.
Biden one, Ryan reminded me of kid in the movie BIG where the man is in a boy's body. I am seriously disgusted by the way the media will go too far in the republicans direction for the sake of getting them to participate and interact with you... really sickening that the republicans get this treatment and expect it in congress, with the media... etc.
As an Arkansan, allow me to say that Mike Huckabee is a two-faced snake oil salesman. He was and remains an embarrassment to our state. Mike Huckabee was elected as our Governor (against my best efforts) and immediately showed his hypocricy by leaving his Baptist Church pulpit on Sunday to sign death warrants for death row prisoners on Monday.
I'm not real big on the Bible teachings, but Huckabee is and he crapped all over the "Thou shalt not kill" commandment as soon as he was sworn in.
One last time. Romney/Ryan will win in a LAND SLIDE and not to soon. Because they have a country to save!

You do understand a web survey is not a poll - don't you?
a debate isn't supposed to be nice that why they call it a debate
A debate is meant to find common truths and agreements in a virgorous interchange of ideas .. mud wrestling is where one tries to leave their opponent lying spawled in the filth while you rise victorious. But when one engages in mud wrestling, one can not excape coming away with getting a lot of the crap in their mouth, nose, and ears and other body orifices you know? You would have thought after all those years in the talking chamber, the US States Senate, that Joe Biden would have learned to art of debating, and not resorted to mud wrestling tactics on Wednesday night, especially with 50,000,000 TB viewers tuned in.
I find it interesting the today MSNBC has so many republican leaning pundits on their programs willing to spin the debate last night...
I am disgusted by Huckabee's comments and find ridiculous.
The republicans are wetting themselves, whining, and spinning like crazy to try to keep the democrats from making any gains from this debate.
Clearly Biden won the debate and Paul Ryan demonstrated that he is not ready to be a VP.
Well, they say that "there is a fool born a minute", and I guess you would know about that from your own history, Synchronicity? Biden gave some hope to the hartest nuts of the leftwingnut crowd that suck up the daily pap from MSNBC, but according to the CNN poll of registered Republican, Democrat and Independent voters who actually watched the debate Ryan did win, and made progress for the Romney/Ryan ticket with the undecided voters, especially women who were severely turned off by Bidens obnoxious, rude, and bizzarre appearing performance last night!
The gains that Romney has seen in the polls has come from states where Obama holds a commanding lead. These insta polls have no statistical significance. It will all come down to the Election. The Democrats have a much larger base. Attacking the "leftwingnuts" only motivates them. Instead of fighting and insulting people, do you have the capacity to discuss the real issues?
Sure do! Real Clear Politics.com's averaging of all the post debate polls finds Romney leading Obama by 1.3 points now nationally, and also by the same margin in the bellweather state of Ohio! Seems once the Romney Ryan ticket could present their ideas directlt to the viewing audience (70,000,000 strong) without an Obama campaign echo chamber media distorting that message, the tide turned Squatchwatch. Now back to the swamps and deep woods with you...there's a good fool!
He nail down the debate like a champ.
Your suggestions for new rules for Presidential debates were brilliant and very insightful tonight. I love your show, because it seems like I always learn something new by watching it. I also love hearing your perspective on every issue because it is always eye opening.
Ryan is not fit to be VP. He needs a few more years of experience. I hope and pray America get this right, It was very apparent Ryan lacked foreign affairs experience. This is not what America needs. It is bad enough that Romney does not have foreign affairs experience. This is a joke because the country is at stake. Romney/Ryan only thinks about going to war. Does the American people want to be involved in another war? How many wars will America be involved with under a Romney/Ryan administration? This is not good people. I listen to that debate and saw a little boy trying to be VP of this country. Well, during that debate it was more than apparent he is not ready and no different than Sarah Palin. Sarah Palin at least told the truth.
I was very proud of Biden. There was no doubt in my mind that he was truthful and well equip to be President if it was necessary. Biden is a man that truly looks out for the middle class Americans. This is what America needs because without a thriving middle class the economy will never get better.
Joe Biden came across as an unhinged, cocky, gass bag of the impure Washington, DC variety. Mocking, disfainful, and insulting with his incessant giggling and smirking appearnce, Biden did himself and his ticket no favors in the eyes of the undecided and only leaning in their support voters in that ridicuous ill performance on Thursday evening. Especially telling will be the next round of polls, and especially the swing to Romney/Ryan by women voters who according to the CNN Flash polls and also their Undecided voters focus group, found Biden's performance disturbing, and disrespectful, not only of his challanger, Congressman Ryan (who showed respectful behavior throughout the debate), but also Biden showed disrespect of the Moderator, a woman. Soooorrrrrryyy Leftwingnuts!!!...this Obama/Biden ticket is going down.
The Flash polls are not scientific. There is no sway or leaning of women voters over to Romney/Ryan. That is wishful thinking. Women overwhelmingly support Pro-choice. Limiting a person's choice is political taboo. We will have 4 more years of President Obama and Biden, the economy will be solid like Clinton did in his second term. This will set the stage for Hillary Clinton to become our first female president with a Latino Vice president. I can't wait to see how crazy the "Riteous Right" goes. Enjoy.
"Women overwhemingly support pro choice"! Where did you get that statistic from? Women overwhelmingly support improved economic conditions that leads to jobs for themselves, their husbands, their children, their extended family and friends..and economic security. They know theeir own and their family's health needs are best met not by government programs but by health insurance policies provided as benefits of employment.
Majority "pro choice"

There are many more for both views.
Dirty Paul Ryan said in OHIO,whenhe looks at ROBME, he sees a leader? When I look at him I see a YELLOW BELLIED piece of nothing. All you REPUBLICANS out there he was a COWARD. Make no mistake about it, so Paul a tip next time you turn your head make sure youre looking at a man not a COWARD, because he showed what he was and we know what he is a COWARD. Just ask anyone who served our COUNTRY when he RAN. to France, other MEN were giving up their lifes while he was hiding.NICE TRY. Man my A$$.
Jo Biden spoke with FACTS not FICTION. Ryan, what was all of the water drinking about. Maybe to cool down all of those HOT lies.
